2023 EPs

I worked with London based musician Finn Askew to come up with album art for a series of EPs in 2023. These covers were intended to tell a story; Finn wanted to incorporate paintings from his dad and recontextualize them in a way that felt relevant to his music. We had the idea of incorporating a series of rough pastel sketches as a way of pulling colors and textures from the paintings and breaking the frame. The art subequently feels both refined as well as still playful and young, it references his dad but is still uniquely his.
